Introduction

No Child Left Behind was enacted in 2001
To close the achievement gap with accountability, flexibility, and choice, so that no child is left behind. (ED.gov NCLB page)
Virtually every educator and student would agree that it has completely failed to do anything good for students and is in fact doing significant harm instead.

This collaborative blog will reflect the concerns that educators, students, parents, community members, and academics have regarding NCLB.
